Our Project

In our project, our goal goes beyond just becoming the best in the world. We aim to promote STEM Racing across Japan, enabling students to grow not only in technical and business skills but also to gain practical knowledge in various fields. We hope this will help them become future leaders of Japan. Along the way, we plan to organize workshops that introduce not only high school and middle school students but also elementary school children to engineering and marketing, giving them early exposure to these important areas.

Why?

Japan is known for its world-class technology. However, there are not many globally recognized tech companies from Japan. We identified a problem: many competitions available to students are highly specialized, such as business contests or robotics competitions. While these allow students to grow in specific fields, what’s truly needed is the ability to understand and collaborate across all disciplines, along with strong project management skills.

In STEM Racing, students are not just building cars or brainstorming business ideas for a racing team. They must create and execute their own marketing strategies, secure funding, and develop the fastest car within those limited resources. Through this experience, we believe that students will develop both technical and marketing skills in a holistic way, ultimately nurturing the future leaders of Japan.
