Founder of the team. Participated in the 2023 world finals, and came back to Tokyo to found Hayabusa Racing. Was an engineer but now oversees all engineering and marketing aspects of the team.

Mori Keitatsu

Marketing Manager

Mori Keitatsu

Oversees all marketing events and specializes in designing our team mech, as well as writing contracts and securing sponsor relations. Has connections all over the place

Yo Yasuhiro

Design Engineer

Yo Yasuhiro

Responsible for creating the car using the CAD and testing them for aerodynamics. Has created over 28 prototypes for testing in order to find the number 1 most aerodynamic design possible.

Eitaro Azuma

Manufacturing Engineer

Eitaro Azuma

A master of physics and 3D printing, does all of the 3D printing and other manufacturing done for the team. Also oversees the selection of materials and bearings. The best at teaching kids at our events.

Shuntaro Azuma

Resource Manager

Shuntaro Adachi​

Manages the budget, sustainability, tools, and all resources we have. In charge of most workshops and events, and is the best at teaching kids to make a primary class car.

Motoki Nakajima

Lead Engineer

Motoki Nakajima

Oversees the development of the car both in the designing and manufacturing phases, as well as creating the team's task management system. Currently studying abroad in America.

  • Math/Physics

  • Sleep depravation

Roles

Our team is divided into roles: a project manager who oversees everything, a marketing manager responsible for fundraising and public relations, a design engineer who handles aerodynamics research and car body design, a manufacturing engineer responsible for making and painting the physical car, and a designer who handles uniform and social media post designs.

Manufacturing

The manufacturing department is responsible for actually making the car, and also other necessities such as the wind tunnel and some of the team merch.

Marketing

Not only do we need actual money in order to participate in the world finals, the marketing department is also responsible for running social media accounts and taking part in events in order to increase publicity.

Project Manager

The project manager is responsible for overseeing all tasks and responsibilities for the whole team , and also to communicate with outside stakeholders constantly.

Design Engineering

This department is fully responsible for the designing of the car itself, using CAD and testing them using CFD's.  The goal: to make the most aerodynamic and fast car in the history of F1 in Schools
